Originally from Cornwall, Tom built his reputation working with some of the UK's leading seafood chefs, including and . It is while working with Nathan, Tom met Roy and a friendship blossomed over their love of seafood. This will be Tom’s first time in St Andrews, he is excited to be cooking with some of the finest Scottish produce.
