Staying in a converted helicopter with my youngest this half term. 🚁 This is one type of holiday let we won’t be having at Winchcombe Farm — I’m not cleaning those windows, and Steve would insist on getting it flying again. 😂

Yesterday was the last time the sun will set after 6pm until March 2027.

And so the early evenings begin. 🍂🌙

Autumn nights at Winchcombe Farm 🍂🔥

14/10/2026

Even when the autumn leaves are falling and there's a chill in the air, you can still fire up the gas barbecue at our treehouse. It's all undercover, so a little British weather won't spoil your plans! 🥂🌳

In fact, we've even had guests cook their entire Christmas dinner on the barbecue! 🎄🦃 Now that's what we call embracing the great outdoors!

Tucked away at the end of our half-mile driveway, getting to Winchcombe Farm is all part of the adventure!

You'll need to negotiate a few woolly roadblocks on your way down, but once you've made it past the welcoming committee, you'll find a little slice of countryside heaven waiting for you. 🌳✨

🎄🎅 Can't quite believe it's time to start planning for Christmas all over again! Where on earth has this year gone?! 😳

On a positive note, at least it means mulled w**e and mince pies are back on the menu! 🍷🥧🎄

Every cloud has a silver lining! 😂✨

There’s always one who stops eating when the camera comes out. Clearly this little one is hoping for a career in mooodelling. 🐮📸😂

🍕 STOP THE PRESS… PIZZA CAN NOW FIND US! 🍕

We’re highly delighted to announce a small miracle has occurred in Tysoe… we’ve finally found a pizza company that will actually deliver right to your lodge. 😂

The heroes in question are Pizza Junction in Kineton — and, even better, they don’t seem remotely fazed by the fact that reaching us involves coming another half a mile down our driveway once they’ve made it to Tysoe.

For those of you who’ve stayed with us before, you’ll appreciate just how revolutionary this is. No more abandoning the hot tub, putting proper clothes back on and driving off in search of dinner. 🙌

Had to remove the sheep from the trampoline in the woodland play area this morning… gives a whole new meaning to the phrase “woolly jumper”! 🐑😂

Queenie has officially joined the reception team. 🐴😂

She’ll be on hand to point you towards your lodge on arrival… although her customer service skills currently depend quite heavily on whether you’ve brought a carrot.
