The cottages are situated in the parish of Sandwick in the West Mainland with spectactular views over the countryside but is peaceful and secluded and within easy access of a wide range of local amenities and sites of interest

The cottages are set in 2 acres of land so have easy access and private. We have installed a 5kw wind turbine, air source under floor heating and anaerobic digester for all

the waste with no environmental impact. Dounby village is 4 miles away and has shop, pharmacy, hairdresser and pub/restaurant. We also have a wet/dry areas for the fishing and shooting parties, and also offer freezing facilities

Bicycles can be provided by prior arrangement. As we are on a working farm a tour can also be offered. Welcome pack provided on arrival
