• Turnip & horseradish soup with crispy chilli beef
• Tempura lemon sole with celeriac remoulade and pickled cauliflower
• Goat's cheese, roast red pepper & asparagus salad with tomato & basil chutney

🍴 Mains
• Roast fillet of Highland beef with duck fat roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire pudding & shallot thyme jus
• Pan seared sea trout with hispi cabbage, salt cod potato & split beurre blanc
• Crispy butternut squash & vegetable curry with spiced couscous

Kilcamb Lodge is surrounded by the most amazing wildlife. From the shores of the loch you may see eagles soaring overhead or catch a glimpse of porpoises playing in the bay. Our gardens are regularly visited by pine martins and sometimes otters, while if you venture further afield you’ll spot seals, herons and seabirds at the nearby Garbh Eileen wildlife hide, or you can book wildlife safaris to search for whales, puffins and dolphins.
