We’ve planned the menus for the rest of the month, so you can plan your Sunday lunches too.

Every Sunday, Hans will be welcoming guests to Mount Farm Vineyard for a relaxed, family-style lunch, with seasonal menus changing from week to week and plenty of Ark wine available to enjoy alongside.

Each lunch is served family-style, with generous dishes made for sharing around the table. Vegetarian options available on request.

There’s no time like the present to try Sunday Lunch at Ark. 🍽️

This Sunday, we’re gathering around the table again at Mount Farm Vineyard for a relaxed, family-style lunch cooked by Hans.

If you haven’t joined us before, this is your invitation. Our Sunday lunches are all about sharing good food and good wine in good company, with the main course served family-style for the table to share.

This week: roast beef sirloin with all the Sunday essentials, preceded by crab and prawn on spinach toast and finished with chocolate, orange and homemade violet ice cream.

Come as a couple, bring the family, gather your friends, or simply come hungry. There’s a place at the table for you.

Before this wine gets its label, we’d love you to taste it.

This Sunday, every guest joining us for Sunday Lunch will be served one of the very first glasses of our unreleased 2023 Pinot Noir.

From the vineyard to the winery, these photos tell the story of how it came to be.

These Pinot Noir grapes were grown here at Mount Farm Vineyards, being cared for by hand throughout the season.

Great wine begins long before it reaches the winery.

Harvest is where everything speeds up.

After months of growing, every bunch is picked, sorted and brought into the winery.

It’s one of the busiest, and most exciting, weeks of the year.

Now the transformation begins.

Once the grapes are crushed, fermentation gets underway.

Colour, flavour and structure are slowly drawn from the skins, creating the character that makes Pinot Noir so expressive.

Here we are tasting the raw juices.

After fermentation comes time.

Time to settle.
Time to evolve.
Time for the wine to become itself.

Some things simply can’t be rushed.

The first pour is yours.
