Lovely walk around the RSPB Ham Wall Nature reserve followed by a walk around Glastonbury love the street art here.
Too hot to walk up to the top of the Tor 🌞😂
And a lovely night's stop at Garslade Farm campsite, rustic, rural, working farm.

✨ 𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘇𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲 🏰

Our stop at Culzean Castle turned out to be one of the highlights of our Scotland trip while travelling to Isle of Arran to visit my daughter.

Perched high on the cliffs overlooking the sea, the castle is absolutely stunning, with beautiful rooms, incredible history, and breathtaking views across the Firth of Clyde. We spent hours exploring the vast grounds, woodland walks, gardens, and shoreline before enjoying lunch on a picnic bench watching the deer and llamas grazing nearby.

A perfect relaxing stop on the way to the ferry from Ardrossan — and definitely a place we’d love to visit again.

If a few hours isn't enough, you can pitch up at the Finchale Abbey Caravan Park.
It is a beautifully maintained, family-run site right on the doorstep of the ruins. It offers a mix of holiday homes, glamping pods, and touring pitches, all set within the quiet seclusion of the valley. It’s the ultimate spot for a digital detox with the sound of the river as your soundtrack.

Pro tip: Don't forget your camera—the light hitting the priory walls at sunset is pure magic! 📸
