Tucked up on the south facing slopes of the Bannau Brycheiniog's Black Mountains, between the rich pastures of the Rhiangoll Valley and the heather clad ridges and cwms of Waun Fach mountain, you'll find a little hill farm.
This is Cwmffrwd, and the land here holds a special kind of magic.
Here, you'll meet a team who are committed to promoting nature recovery and reconnecting people with the natural world through practical and storied experiences. Cwmffrwd Farm is the perfect place to rest, reset and rediscover nature.
Come and climb high up into the hills to blow the cobwebs of the modern world away. Lie quietly in a bounty of flowers and grasses to watch the clouds, the stars, the day drift by. Delve a little deeper into a world of ethnobotany and storytelling, exploring how the sharing of ancestral skills and stories can connect us on a whole other level with the natural world.
The farm and hayloft are open to visitors all year round. Our main camping season is May to September, but do get in touch if it looks full or unavailable as we don't put all our pitches on the booking system :)
