Meet the team Monday time! 🥳

This week we’re jumping to our newest starter Kirsty!

Despite only starting 2 weeks ago Kirsty has fully settled in to the team and Tolle life. Her friendly & chatty Scottish personality meant there was an instant connection from the interview & with everyone she’s met so far.

Her favourite drink is Tennent’s lager (obviously) and struggles with the limited availability in England. Even though she’s not had long to make her way through the menu her favourite so far is salt and pepper chicken. In her spare time she enjoys rugby, climbing & reading.

After last week’s opener we’re expecting the next 2 games to be even busier.

Last week filled up early and quickly, we’re adding more seating outside but don’t arrive late! A professional sound system is back along with the outside bar & pizzas served until late!

Live music from Callum Wright on Saturday will get the evening started prior to kick off!

Meet the team Monday! This week we’re pleased to introduce Sam!

Sam joined the team around 3 years ago, working part time while studying cookery at college. Course completed, qualification achieved, he’s now become a full time member of the team as Commis Chef.

His favourite items to make are flapjacks & goats cheese tarts, with lasagne being his favourite dish to serve.

Sam is a hard worker but in his spare time like playing video games & reading comics.

You may only see him as he pops in & out the kitchen but be sure to say hello next time you’re in.
