n the Esplanade in Tenby overlooking the stunning views of the South Beach and the monastic Island of Caldey. We have, over the past twelve months, been refurbishing our beautiful hotel with the expert advice and help from our interior designer Linda Hunt of Meigan Design. Our programme of refurbishment continues but this will not affect the comfort of our guests.

Over the past 12 months, we've shared updates on our agave plant, Susan, and today we're bringing you the final chapter. Join Simon, our gardener, who has cared for Susan throughout her remarkable lifespan.

Over the winter, Simon also captured Susan's beauty in a series of paintings, some of which you'll see featured in the video.
