As the evenings draw in, The Chalet is the perfect place to settle in on a Sunday evening. The log burner is on, raclette is on the menu and there's live music to round off the weekend.

From 6pm this Sunday, Rob Latimer returns with his acoustic sound and a mix of well-loved favourites.

A cosy Christmas in the South Cotswolds

With Christmas plans starting to take shape, The Cat & Custard Pot Inn has plenty to look forward to this festive season.

From our Christmas menu, served from 1st December, to Italian favourites and raclette by the log burner in The Chalet, there are lovely ways to gather around the table and enjoy the season.

Join us in The Chalet this Sunday from 6pm as Joel Questle returns with his relaxed acoustic set, bringing well-loved classics and modern favourites to the soundtrack of your evening.

Enjoy one of our new handmade wood-fired pizzas, try the raclette for two or start with Italian charcuterie, all served in the warm surroundings of The Chalet, with its log burner and welcoming atmosphere.

A new menu for the season

With autumn in full swing and winter just around the corner, there’s a new menu to enjoy in The Chalet.

Our handmade wood-fired pizzas have some tempting new additions, including Gamberetti, topped with prawns, garlic, capers, cherry tomatoes and rocket, and Gorgonzola, with pear, pancetta, walnuts and Gorgonzola DOP.

Fancy something to share? Our raclette for two is made for a cosy evening, while our Luckington Farm meatballs, served in a rich tomato sauce with focaccia, make a delicious start to the meal.

Settle in beside the log burner, order your favourites and enjoy a taste of Italy here in the South Cotswolds.

Autumn walks, seasonal food and Cotswolds countryside 🍂

Autumn is a beautiful time to explore the South Cotswolds, from country lanes and woodland walks to the spectacular colours at Westonbirt Arboretum, which is just up the road from us.

After a day outside, join us at The Cat & Custard Pot for our new autumn menu, where delicious seasonal dishes feature alongside much-loved pub classics.

Start with our BBQ pork belly bites, served with homemade slaw and jalapeño sauce, or goat’s cheese and beetroot croquettes with maple, chilli and sage dressing. For the main course, look out for our 12-hour slow-roasted rib of beef from Luckington Farm, served with horseradish mash, carrots, cavolo nero and red w**e jus.

And if you fancy something familiar, our steak and ale pie and Cotswold herb sausages and mash remain firm favourites.

A countryside walk, the colours of autumn and a great meal to round off the day.
