Many of you know Chris our barman - great with our customers, funny, cheeky and fastest pint puller around! 🍺
What you may not know is that he is passionate about serving our guests a proper pint of real ale, and runs the cellar with his brother Michael like a well oiled machine ⚙
He recently enjoyed a trip to down to the Brains Brewery in Cardiff for a cellar management course with Cask Marque. You won't be surprised to hear he passed with flying colours 👨🏻‍🎓 👏🏻👏🏻 well done Chris 🙌🏻

For the pudding lovers among us, our brown sugar custard tart is a showstopper 🤩
A good old fashioned custard tart taken up a level by incorporating melted brown sugar to the mix which gives it a slight toffee taste then sprinkled with a little sea salt to counteract the sweetness. Served with a mellow and silky smooth milk ice cream 🍨 All homemade with care and passion by Dafydd and our fabulous team 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

After a hugely successful launch day of the Teifi Valley Trail, freelance writer and editor Sarah Baxter came to test the walk and produce a lovely piece in The Guardian.
We had the pleasure of meeting her and her husband when they came to rest their walking boots for the night.
It's lovely to have a mention in the article, and it's all thanks to the hard work the Teifi Valley Trail Association have put in to the route by re-opening pathways, installing waymarks and producing a full guide.
