A Part time free-lance chef is required, to help the creative & talented team at the Lugger Hotel, Portloe, Truro, Cornwall. for the summer season ahead.
The Position is sought to provide cover & support for 3-4 days per week only, no more.. (relax now)
Prior experience at a 2AA rosette level establishment is a minimum requirement - one to two years experience as CDP ideally.
