Their apples are handpicked from 11 acres of ecologically managed, unsprayed orchards, then wild-fermented, unfiltered and aged for a minimum of 16 months. No sulphites, additives or preservatives. Just apples, the season and the character of the land.

The result is an elegant, naturally sparkling c***r made to be poured into a w**e glass, shared over a long lunch and enjoyed alongside good Cornish food.
