Our in-house styling team created a breathtaking draping vision in the barn at the weekend with soft, undulating material adorning the space, bringing a sense of intimacy and a welcome embrace.

Natural fabric complements the milky tones of our painted larch cladding, creating a gently shifting canopy above our guests’ heads, drawing them into the space and defining the feel of their dining experience as they were surrounded by soft florals and wild raspberries - perfect for a summertime wedding in the countryside

The hall positively glows as the sun goes down at this time of year, listening to the distant chatter of guests and clinking of glasses in the walled garden reminds us all of the magic that exists here, a quiet luxury, an inexplicable feeling of calm and belonging whilst making memories with friends and family to truly last a lifetime in a place that is special beyond measure

Immersive planting across the estate is what brings an innate and often indescribable sense of calm and of belonging. We find our guests, time and time again describing this feeling like coming home, home to somewhere that is homely in its warm welcome and its gentle embrace whilst carrying a quiet luxury that we believe to be true luxury.

Immersed in nature and wildlife, gently bombarded by a perfect symphony of bird chatter and bees humming as they busily themselves with a banquet of pollen and nectar, is the real luxury.

A multi sense experience, distinct to Wootton Hall in its own twenty seven acre ecosystem, from the heady scent of roses scrambling up ancient walls to the sight of generously tumbling wisteria embracing the Georgian hall.

A green estate in many ways, punctuated with statuesque show-stopping colour and spires of self seeded foxgloves reaching to the sky, hydrangeas of every colour flanking walkways, paths and borders.

Hannah and her girls.

The most tremendous fun was had during the morning of Hannah’s wedding to Sam, with such an expansive wing of the hall all to themselves and room to relax, unwind and enjoy their preparations.

Beginning your wedding day feeling totally unhurried in a sumptuous and luxurious environment with your closest friends is pure joy and sets the rest of your day up to be enjoyed to the fullest.

An impressive, elegant welcome in the ballroom for Katy and Paul’s classically beautiful ceremony setting that took their guests’ breath away.

Bringing an immersive floral design into the hall really feels as if you are marrying amongst nature, even when the weather means an outdoor ceremony isn’t possible.

Surrounded by the beauty of the English countryside in mid-summer, Beth and George celebrated with outdoor nuptials, with the quintessential Georgian Hall as a backdrop and with views over the golf course and fields beyond.

After a sun-drenched champagne reception in the gardens, guests were welcomed into the Old Dairy Barn for dinner. The space had been thoughtfully transformed into an immersive floral haven, seamlessly echoing the walled garden and courtyard whilst basking in the warm glow of golden hour.

From sunrise to sunset, natural light pours into the barn, casting soft shapes and shifting shadows across the larch walls and the canvas canopy above.

With both indoor and outdoor bar, guests can make the most of hazy summertime evenings, enjoying cocktails in the courtyard and gardens that surround the barn, where dancing continues long into the night.

Artfully intimate, elegantly considered and beautifully refined - Maya and Zachary’s private dining celebration brought together the romance of an outdoor ceremony with the understated luxury of a candlelit wedding breakfast. From the soft walled garden setting framed by seasonal blooms to a luminous dining table layered with crisp linens, delicate florals and warm gold accents, every detail felt calm, intentional and deeply personal. A setting designed for meaningful moments, heartfelt toasts and the quiet magic of celebrating with those who matter most.

Spring time drinks receptions in the walled garden bring an unparalleled joy to the estate and with the recent sunny weather we are dreaming of the beauty we will have the privilege to witness this year.

The mainstays of our landscape here begin with lilac and cherry blossom which make way for wisteria, climbing roses and delicate clematis, followed by hydrangeas, nepeta and cosmos during summertime. Each shift in season is iconic in its own right and a true hallmark of the natural evolution of the land here.

Nina and Ben’s drinks reception was adorned with hydrangeas from the estate and captured by
