Designed by artists Diane Coates Sinclair and, world-renowned master sculptor, Andrew Sinclair Burnswood Boutique Escapes offers a unique ‘Artist’s Garret’ studio apartment and two artist-designed luxury Shepherd’s Huts in a peaceful Devon meadow, nestled amongst hills, woods, alpacas and sculptures. ‘Lindenwood’ & ‘Blue Cedar’
Wend your way across the stone pathway through the young trees of a Devon meadow to find your perfect escape. The shepherd’s huts are bespoke ‘Plankbridge’ designs made to the highest standard: with hand-made oak stable doors and windows, hand-forged door furniture and beautiful wooden painted kitchens with butler sinks. Here you will find blueberry dusk interiors, and beautiful splashes of colour in the Emma Shipley designer soft furnishings – each creating an exotic romantic atmosphere. Both huts feature a huge stargazing roof window - imagine lying on the gorgeous king-size bed, watching stars in the clear Devon night sky. Each hut comes with a fully fitted bathroom and kitchen, with double stable doors opening out onto a seating area, kitted out with antique cast-iron tables and chairs and a firepit/barbecue. Hidden behind the huts are stunning log-fired Swedish outdoor baths and recliners on your own private decking– a romantic hideaway for two! Relax with a glass of fizz at the end of a day exploring the wilds of Devon, surrounded by twinkling lights in the trees and the sounds of the countryside as the sun sets in the west.
