✨ Call of the Wild to our adventurous Highfield people! We’re keen to find out if you’d like to be part of something new.

🌊 We’re looking at offering the first venue to host Wild Bathing sessions on our amazing coastal doorstep and would like to see how much interest there would be on your part to start this journey with us.

🌳 What is Wild Bathing? Taking a step with local wild swimmer and forest practitioner Jo into the wild of nature. It’s switching off and challenging yourself to be wild and free to connect to the wild elements and have fun doing so. It’s a mixture of cold water dooking and, if time allows, taking a walk in the forest to find peace through forest bathing. It is also sharing that experience round the cosy Nordic firepit.

📷 And your wild experience is captured by local professional photographer Lauren to give you a take-home record of your experience in a social media-ready portfolio.

🌎 Wild Bathing brings fun and amazing health benefits. We will be offering a safe, fun and unforgettable adventure by local experienced, passionate and qualified Wild Bathing leaders.
