Hillcrest Futures is recruiting for Support Workers.
Various part-time and full-time positions are available, working between 16-39 hours per week.

Kinloss Park is a group home for four individuals who have learning disabilities, mental health conditions and Autism. The project is run by a small team of support workers and operates on a 24/7 basis with a sleepover shift between the hours of 10pm – 7am. Individuals receive support with all aspects of daily living as required tailored to their individual needs. There is a four-week rolling rota in place so you can plan your days and weekends off in advance.

Throwing it back to the 80s at Millview! 🎤🍹

Our Millview service in Dundee recently hosted an 80s and mocktail night, bringing everyone together for an evening of fun, laughter and great company.

Dan, Gary, Laura, Katie and Sam enjoyed making their own virgin pina coladas, with their creations proving so popular that some people even went back for seconds!

The evening continued with a karaoke session, where everyone had the chance to sing along to their favourite songs, show off their dance moves and enjoy spending time together.

Our Hillcrest Enterprises - Maintenance Department covers all aspects of gas, plumbing, electrical, joinery, wet trade, carpet fitting and cleaning works for domestic and commercial properties.

The Contracts Services Assistant will be responsible for Planned, Reactive and Services repairs, for all properties including traditional rented schemes, leased properties and factored properties employing the Mobile Working & Scheduling System. This will include liaising with tenants and tradesmen and working with Hillcrest Maintenance Services & Operations Supervisors to help ensure work is carried out as effectively as possible.

Katie from Hillcrest Futures' Millview service recently enjoyed a holiday to the lodges in Strathyre with support workers Shaunie and Danielle. 💜

During the trip, Katie spent time relaxing in the hot tub with a mocktail, taking in the peace and quiet of the beautiful surroundings, and listening to the sounds of nature.

She also enjoyed exploring the village, stopping for lunch in a local café, and meeting some very friendly Highland cows along the way! 🐮

It was a fantastic trip with lots of great memories made.

⚽ Chris and John, who are both supported by Hillcrest Futures’ Canning Place service in Dundee, recently enjoyed a fun-filled day out at Celtic Park alongside support workers Carole and Suzanne.

As passionate Celtic supporters, the pair loved the opportunity to explore the stadium and take in the sights behind the scenes. The day was made even more special with a visit to the Celtic shop, where they picked up some new goodies to take home.

A brilliant day on the water for George ⛵🐬

George, who is supported by Hillcrest Futures' Tullideph service in Dundee, recently enjoyed a fantastic trip on the SaltDog Marine boat from Broughty Ferry.

Accompanied by his support worker, George set off on an adventure along the coast, taking in the stunning views and travelling towards Tentsmuir. The trip gave him the chance to enjoy the fresh sea air and look out for local wildlife, including dolphins and seals.

George had a wonderful time and was keen to share his experience:

"My boat trip with my carer was brilliant. We went to the Ferry, then Tentsmuir to look for dolphins and seals. It was amazing and I'd definitely go on the boat ride again."
