31st July Weekend 2/3 night availability significantly reduced,
Due to a last-minute cancellation, we have availability this weekend in our 10-person, 5-bed, 4-bath barn conversion. It's got a Hot Tub, stunning views, is walkable to the pub, and is very close to Cannon Hall Farm and the Peak District. Up to 2 dogs welcome.

If you’re looking for a Peak District walk to escape the crowds, this is the one for you. Starting from the car park near Langsett Reservoir, the walk heads through the woods before reaching the Langsett Moors, then following the Little Don River back to the start. This is a lovely 5 mile walk exploring some of the quieter parts of the Peak District, as well as the quirky Hordron Sheep Fort. The Threshing Barn has a rare last minute weekend available- so its heavily discounted. Fancy a few days away with friend or family before the Christmas chaos commences??

Up to 10people, + 2 infants + 2 dogs in 5 bedrooms (7beds)

Quiet and rural, yet easy access, it’s located on the edge of the Park District, lots of places to visit within a 10mins including Cannin Hall Farm.

Last minute summer holiday get away?
Due to a cancellation we have a rare holiday week available from Monday 25th.

Up to 10 people, Countryside location with Hot Tub, up to 2 dogs.
5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 4 bathrooms open plan with a downstairs bed and bath for those who struggle with stairs. Close to Cannon Hall Farm and lots of activities- or Just chill out at home.
