The natural place to be, static holiday home park surrounded by Cumbrian countryside & wildlife. It will be a relaxing haven for you to be in touch with nature.

A Beetham Holiday Home will provide you with a secluded retreat in a beautiful setting. Our park is full of hedgerow birds, owl’s, birds of prey, wild deer, orchids and butterflies. From here you have the ideal base to explore the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Beetham is easy to get to and in easy reach of the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Forest of Bowland and the coast. The tranquillity and relaxing atmosphere of the park is what owners and visitors most enjoy. A holiday home on the park provides the place to ‘get away from it all’, and the base to enjoy local walking, golf, wildlife watching, fishing, cycling or arts and crafts. The Beetham Holiday Homes has been acknowledged as one of the best parks in the country.

The UK government is testing the Emergency Alerts system on Sunday 7 September 2025 at 3pm. Compatible mobile phones and tablets will receive an alert, make a loud siren-like sound and vibrate. You will not need to take any action.

The Emergency Alerts system is used to warn if there’s a danger to life nearby, including extreme weather. Regular testing ensures the system is functioning correctly, should it need to be used in a life-threatening emergency.
