Summer is in the wings & Eyarth Station has been busy over the winter. As well as luxurious accommodation, modern en-suite bathrooms we are just finishing an upgrade on the dining room and have developed our evening meal menu to include an all Welsh selection of tasty dishes - Maybe its time for a trip to the countryside

The busy summer has almost passed, but we have been busy in the garden as well. This year we grew (and ate) lettuce, onion, carrot, gooseberry, blueberry, raspberry, apple, cherry, damson, plum, potato, rhubarb, plus a couple of other bits and bobs - looking forward to the spring to add much more during 2018
