A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT RESTAURANT BOOKINGS
At The Oatridge Hotel, we pride ourselves on providing excellent food, impeccable service and an enjoyable dining experience for every customer.
To help us maintain these standards, we’d like to remind everyone of the importance of arriving on time for their restaurant reservation.
We carefully schedule our tables to ensure every customer receives the time, attention and service they deserve. We take bookings at regular intervals, and when a table arrives 15–20 minutes late, it can have a knock-on effect on our entire service, potentially leaving customers who have arrived on time waiting for their table.
Going forward, if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your allocated booking time, we may no longer be able to accommodate you immediately. You may be asked to wait until we have availability to seat you without affecting our other reservations.
Of course, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, and if you’re running late, a quick phone call to let us know is always appreciated. However, we cannot guarantee that your original booking time will still be available.
We want every single customer to enjoy their visit with us, and being mindful of booking times helps us make that possible.
