A spacious, well-equipped kitchen /diner with a traditional Rangemaster cooker and everything you need to prepare meals for up to seven guests. A great space for relaxed family breakfasts and dinners together.
Dog snug
A dedicated dog-friendly snug with underfloor heating, day bed and Smart TV giving your four-legged guests their own comfortable space.
Garden bedroom
A single bedroom with direct access to the secure rear gardens
Utility & bathroom
Separate utility room with washing machine and dryer, plus a downstairs bathroom with shower.
UPSTAIRS
Master bedroom
A beautifully furnished king-size bedroom with a chaise longue and views across the gardens towards Saint Boniface Down.
Four-poster bedroom
One of the cottage's most distinctive rooms. Originally the former hay loft , it features a characterful sloping roof, double-aspect windows and plenty of storage.
Double bedroom with en-suite
A comfortable double bedroom with its own private shower room.
Guest access
We are located on a quiet narrow road with stone walls either side, however we have two large dedicated off road parking spaces set back from the road.
The entrance to the property is via a gate 50m from the parking spaces.

A huge front and back garden ( Back garden on many terrace levels ) and with several terraces allow lots of space to play, relax , enjoy barbecues and also soak in our luxury 5 seater Jacuzzi, complete with Massage Therapy Jets, A waterfall, mood lighting and Bluetooth speakers . And with secure gardens and a dedicated dog snug your four legged family members are very welcome too.
We welcome up to three dogs , and supply utilities, Wifi , bed linen , bath towels and Hot tub towels.
