It’s THURSDAY and it’s pouring down outside, BUT here at the TA it’s also pouring INSIDE, and no we haven’t got a leaky roof (again)

We’re of course talking about our DELICIOUS BEERS, which are pouring, at your request, into glasses and then into mouths, and as it’s Thursday, if you pair one of those beers with an equally delicious BURGER, you get the pint for just ONE POUND 🙌

Also there’s some sort of football tournament that starts today, not sure if anyone’s bothered but we’ll be showing all the matches that aren’t at stupid o’clock

It's MONDAY, and it's the start of a BUSY OLD WEEK here at the TA

Firstly, we've got all of our GREAT weekday deals on as per usual, including the increasingly popular WINGS WEDNESDAY (so please book a table if you're thinking of participating 🐔)

And secondly, for the first time this year you'll be able to catch us BURGERING ABOUT the local area, on Wednesday evening at the Red Lion in Cholsey, and on Friday with our old pals at Amwell Springs 🍻

Wherever you may be, I'm sure we'll bump into each other somewhere (providing you're in either Wallingford or Cholsey)

On the day we set aside to celebrate all things Mothers, here at the TA there’s one in particular that I think deserves a shout out

From being a fantastic role model and caregiver to two youngsters, to doing a spectacular job putting up with me not working very conventional hours, and missing a LOT of bedtimes when I’m out pouring pints or flipping burgers.

Myself and the kids are incredibly lucky with everything you do for us, and if pubs could be grateful, ours would be, for all of my time you allow it to take up
