Your lodge. Your time. Why not treat yourself?

A stay at Burnbake is all about slowing down and enjoying a little more time for you and there are plenty of ways to make your forest escape feel even more special.

Treat yourself to a private chef experience or delicious outside catering delivered straight to your lodge, unwind with a beauty treatment in the comfort of your own space, or hire bikes from Reception and head out to explore beautiful Purbeck on two wheels.

Then it’s back to your lodge, into the hot tub and nowhere else you need to be.

Camping doesn’t have to end with summer🏕️🌿

September is a beautiful time to camp at Burnbake. The days are still warm, the sea has had all summer to warm up, and with quieter roads and beaches, there’s a little more space to slow down and enjoy Dorset.

Wake up amongst the trees, head to the coast for a swim or a long beach walk, then return to Burnbake for a peaceful evening beneath the stars.

And of course, dogs are very welcome to come along for the adventure too. 🐾

The summer rush may be slowing, but there’s still so much to enjoy. September brings quieter roads, peaceful beaches, warm seas and a little more room to breathe.

It’s the perfect time for long coastal walks, woodland adventures and slow evenings back at Burnbake. Whether it’s just the two of you, little ones not yet tied to school holidays, or a dog coming along for the adventure. 🐾

We think September might just be Dorset’s best-kept secret… although perhaps we shouldn’t be telling everyone. Sssh. 🤫

Not quite ready for summer to end? Neither are we at Burnbake.

September might just be glamping’s best kept secret. Think quieter beaches, peaceful woodland walks, crisp mornings and evenings beneath the stars, with all the adventure of camping and a few extra home comforts.

Our Safari Tents are ready and waiting, so there’s no tent to pitch and no car packed to the roof. Simply arrive, settle in and enjoy Dorset at a slower pace.

As always, disposable BBQs and ground fires are not permitted at Burnbake.
