Back to School Digital Support Event 📲

EE Warrington Call Centre will be at Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub on Thursday 3 September, from 10:30am to 3:00pm, offering free advice and support for parents and carers preparing for the new school term.

For many families, the start of a new school year may mean a child receiving their first mobile phone or gaining more independence online. The EE team will be on hand to provide practical guidance and answer any questions you may have, including:

✅ Setting up parental controls on mobile phones and gaming devices
✅ Choosing appropriate child SIM plans and first phones
✅ Online safety advice and recognising potential risks
✅ Tips for managing screen time and digital wellbeing
✅ Parent checklists and resources to help keep children safe online
✅ Guidance on social media, apps, gaming, and cyber awareness

Whether you're looking for reassurance, advice, or support with setting up a new device, they are there to help.
