Meet the wonderful Paul! 🌳💚

If you’ve spent time wandering the grounds at Oakwood Valley Lodges, Welshpool, you’ve likely crossed paths with our hardworking Groundsman, Paul.

Paul is a vital part of the team, keeping the park looking pristine and lending a helping hand wherever it’s needed.

When asked about his favourite parts of the role, Paul shared:

🛠️ "I really enjoy spending time with our guests. It’s always nice to stop for a chat and to help out with any problems they might be having, I like being able to make things easier for them."

🚜 "I find a lot of satisfaction in the daily work, whether I’m out grass cutting or tackling general odd jobs around the park. It’s rewarding to see the grounds looking their best."

🍻 "After a good day's work, there’s nowhere I’d rather be. I love unwinding with an occasional cold drink on my own decking, just soaking up the beautiful countryside surroundings."

Whether he’s keeping the park in top shape or stopping to assist a guest, Paul is a key member of the Oakwood family who truly cares about the community here.
