To celebrate , we're introducing you to Craig, our Head Chef at Dunes Restaurant! 🍽️

With 26 years of experience in hospitality, Craig has worked his way up through the kitchen, starting as a Kitchen Porter before progressing to Junior Chef, Sous Chef and eventually Head Chef!

Craig spent nine years with us here at The Waterside before a brief time away, and we're delighted to have him back leading the team at Dunes.

Craig thrives in a busy kitchen and loves working in our beautiful coastal location, admiring the views across the Firth of Clyde daily! 🌊

A big thank you to Craig for all his hard work and dedication! 👏

Craig is a reliable, hardworking and dedicated team player who consistently goes above and beyond in his role. His attention to detail is second to none, ensuring our venue is spotless and perfectly set up for weddings and events the following day.

From cleaning and polishing to preparing immaculate event spaces, Craig takes great pride in his work. He also plays an important role in training and supporting our other Night Porters, sharing his high standards with the wider team.
