Caption time... What do you think the goats are saying to each other as they chew the cud together? 🐐

Is it our eyes or is there a Halloween theme going on with this sunset?

Thanks for the picture Mr N - the colours are amazing!

Our friends and neighbours have had some awful luck... If glamping is your thing then please check out Shilvington - if not, please show them some love and share their post ❤️💜🧡

Please read and share ❤️

Farming isn’t easy most days, but today has been harder than most.

After 17 years in partnership with a company, we’ve received the news that they have gone bankrupt. To make matters harder, we haven’t been paid for our busiest months. All guests who arrived at the end of July, August and September, we have not received your payments.

For our farming family, this is a huge blow. Glamping has been a vital income, helping us keep our farm going.

We’re not giving up, but we need your help.

Our glamping is still open, and every booking, share and recommendation will make a real difference as we try to recover some of what we’ve lost.

If you’ve ever stayed with us or simply want to support a small family farm, please share this post. It means more than you know.

Check out our website: www.shilvington.co.uk
To book, please email: [email protected]

Thank you for your support. ❤️

Who's up for a walk or run in the beautiful countryside to raise money for local charities?

📣Entries needed!!📣
With just under 3 weeks to go until race day, we're sadly in the unfortunate position where we currently don't have enough full marathon entries to make it viable to run the event with the number of marshals needed to cover the course.

So, if you had been considering entering but hadn't yet done so, please head to our website and enter *before* Sunday 13th September.

We also need more volunteer marshals so if you can help in this way please email [email protected].

The event takes place on Saturday 26th September from Bagwell Farm Touring Park and follows a beautiful route offering spectacular views.

To enter the full marathon head to:

More information available here:
https://www.hangersheroes.co.uk/race-day-info-2/

10k and half marathon entries are also still very welcome!

Please share with all your walking and running buddies!

Our donkeys absolutely adore their salt lick. This tasty mineral supplement is a welcome treat for them.
