Just a 10 minute stroll from the guesthouse and you’re at Hogsmeade (or Aidensfield) station depending on your leanings! The NYMR start their full Service from Monday and you can access the full line from Goathland. Hop on for a nostalgic journey through our fabulous landscape.

New addition to our breakfast specials board

A twist on a classic Kedgeree..delicately spiced rice, smoked haddock and a perfectly poached egg..delicious! And a new guest jam, strawberry and rhubarb - making use of the last of the Yorkshire pink rhubarb. The only problem with a Fairhaven breakfast is choosing what to have 😊

No filters needed today…look at that sky! This sunshine is set to stay for a while and temperatures are rising. Our terrace is a real sun trap to enjoy an early evening G&T and we have good availability over the next few weeks if you fancy it 😎

A beautiful day in Goathland today and a 30 min walk from the guesthouse brings us to one of our favourite spots on Goathland moor. We can be there and back in time for today’s arrivals 😊 Happy Friday folks!
