Take Part in the Big Butterfly Count 🦋

From 17th July, you can help monitor the UK’s butterflies by joining the Big Butterfly Count.

Simply spend 15 minutes in your garden, a local green space, or here at Shepherd’s Purse, counting the butterflies and day-flying moths you see. Record your sightings using the 🦋 Big Butterfly Count app 🦋 or submit them online.

Every count contributes to important conservation work and helps build a picture of how butterfly populations are changing.
