Comments about this property
The all-round standard of your bed and breakfast facility is excellent in every way. Wonderful food, a comfortable bed, fine views both north and south and above all, a warm, friendly and welcoming landlady! What more could I have asked for? Please rest assured that next time I am up that way yours will be my accommodation of choice.

Tips for other travellers
The Tiger Inn, across the road, serves excellent food and their standard of service is very good. Grand coastal scenery, quaint fishing villages, sandy beaches, the Yorkshire Moors, especially in August when the heather is in full flower. The Kirkleatham museum is very interesting and, a little further afield, Sledmere House on the Yorkshire Wolds, just south-west of Scarborough, is worth a visit.
