⚡ Electricity! ⚡

We have intermittent power loss on site and in the hotel (along with much of the village).

Electricity North West are aware and it is expected to be resolved by 12. You may experience flickering lights, some low power items working whilst others do not, or complete power loss.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please remember that when the power is back on you may need to reset your trip switches located usually in the master bedroom wardrobe.

Stay safe out there. Please be careful opening doors/windows and stay well back from the sea.

🌅🍂 A LITTLE REMINDER FROM SEACOTE! ⏰

Don’t forget the clocks go back an hour this Sunday, so an extra hour in bed for us all! 😴☕

There’s still something lovely about this time of year here by the coast. A walk along the beach, a cracking sunset and then back to the caravan for a cosy evening. 🌊🚐❤️

Whether you’re lucky enough to have your own caravan at Seacote or you’re looking forward to your next little break away, there’s nothing quite like getting a bit of fresh sea air and enjoying some time by the seaside.

✨ Here’s a few of today’s trade show highlights! ✨

Well, what can I say… I was really impressed! 😍

From the quality and attention to detail, to the beautiful décor, comfortable sofas, clever storage and thoughtful designs there was so much to love. And even Velux windows! 👀✨

I have to say, my personal favourite was the Oakdale 🤎 — absolutely gorgeous!

If you’re thinking about buying a caravan but just not quite sure what you want, I’d definitely recommend taking a trip out this weekend and having a look for yourself.

Sometimes you just need to step inside them to appreciate the quality and see what’s possible. You won’t be disappointed! 🏡✨

⚡ IMPORTANT UPDATE – ELECTRICITY VAT REDUCTION ⚡

We have some good news for all our residential, holiday and touring customers! 😊

The VAT rate on electricity is being temporarily reduced to 0% from 1st October 2026 until 31st March 2027.

🔌 What does this mean?
• Electricity supplied to residential, holiday and touring plots will be charged at 0% VAT during this period.
• Meters have been read up to 30th September and bills covering this period will be issued at the current 5% VAT rate.
• Meters will then be read again at the end of March 2027.

So, from 1st October, the electricity element of your bill will benefit from the temporary 0% VAT rate. 🙌

We’ll keep everyone updated if there are any further changes.
