Say hello to Charles, one of our wonderful Assistant Managers here at The Potter’s Heron!

Although Charles is one of the newest additions to our management team, he already feels like part of the furniture! Having supported us during our opening, he fitted right back in when he joined us from our sister site, Brasserie Blanc Chichester, bringing with him a wealth of hospitality knowledge, experience and a real passion for great service.

🍷 His favourite dish? Our delicious Pork Tomahawk, perfectly paired with a lovely glass of Pinot Noir!

🕯️ What does he love most about The Potter’s Heron?

“I love creating that relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the evenings. When we dim the lights and the warm glow from the candles and table lamps fills the room, everything feels that little bit more special.”

And we couldn't agree more!

October calls for good b**r, good company and absolutely no reason to rush home.

This month, all Heartwood Inns are raising a glass to Beerfest, a celebration of our love for proper pub ales, l***r and the joy of trying something new. Throughout October, settle in with a tasting flight of three ⅓-pint b**rs for £6.75, choosing any three different b**rs from the selection available at your local.

Available all day from 5th-31st October at all Heartwood Inns, with b**r availability varying by site.

So gather your drinking companions, pull up a chair and work your way through the ales.
