This week’s Set Lunch menu is one to book for.

Game terrine with Armagnac-poached prunes and crisp focaccia to start, or roasted beetroot salad with whipped goat’s cheese, candied walnuts and aged balsamic. Rolled shoulder of lamb with salsa verde and ember-roasted potatoes for your main, or aubergine parmigiana tortellini with arrabbiata sauce. And to finish, lemon tart with mulled autumn fruits, or Devon Blue cheese with fruit loaf and Medjool dates.
