The Halloween takeover is complete! 👹👽

The decorations are up, the Parks have been transformed, and things are looking a little different around here…

👹 Woolacombe Bay has been taken over by MONSTERS.

👽 Twitchen House has had some rather unexpected visitors from outer space.

Turns out, a lot of cake can do a lot of good. 🍰

Thanks to our Macmillan Coffee Mornings at Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House, an incredible £1,787.83 was raised through cake sales for Macmillan Cancer Support.

A huge thank you to our team for all the baking, and to every guest who bought a slice (or went back for seconds) and donated.

We’re incredibly proud of what we managed to raise together. 💚

There’s a whole world of little creatures hiding in the great outdoors, and our EXplorers Bug Hunt is all about getting out there and finding them!

Armed with curiosity and a little help from our EXplorers team, kids can get stuck into searching, discovering and learning about the wildlife right under their noses.

And the adventures don’t stop there! Our EXplorers activities are all about swapping screen time for fresh air, getting hands-on with nature and discovering something new along the way.

🌊 Great news for October half term! 🧡

The wonderful RNLI lifeguards will be back on Woolacombe Beach every day from 24 October to 1 November, helping everyone enjoy our beautiful coastline safely.

A huge thank you to the RNLI teams for their dedication and hard work throughout the season, whatever the weather. We're incredibly grateful for everything you do to keep locals and visitors safe. 👏❤️

Remember to always swim between the flags and follow the lifeguards' advice.

Summer gets a lot of attention around here, but there’s something pretty special about North Devon at this time of year.

Crisp coastal walks, quieter beaches, changing colours across the countryside and those clear Autumn days that make you want to stay outside for just a little longer.
