I know summer might technically be over… but I’m not quite ready to give up on little adventures just yet 😂🍂

And actually, September is SUCH a lovely time to come glamping with us. The school holiday madness is over, everything is a bit quieter, the evenings are getting cosier and you can still wander along the river into Worcester, head over to the Malvern Hills, find a nice pub… or basically do very little at all. Which is sometimes exactly what you need.

BUT… we’re getting dangerously close to the end of our season now 😭 In just a few weeks we’ll start taking all of the yurts down and packing them away for winter.

Our weekends are already completely FULLY BOOKED 🙌 but we do still have some Sunday–Thursday night availability left.

And I would really, really like to get those last few empty yurts filled before we close.

It’s a really easy little escape without having to travel halfway across the country to feel like you’ve actually been away. So if you can sneak away for a couple of nights during the week and you’ve been following us thinking “we really must book that one day”…

I’ve had SO many messages recently asking when our 2027 diary is going to open and I promise… it’s coming!

The very honest answer is that with the kids off school for the summer holidays, I just haven’t had a chance to sit down at my desk and properly get our booking system ready for next year, because it does take a while to sort out 🙈

BUT… they’re back at school next week 🎉😂 which means 2027 bookings are firmly on next week’s to-do list.

Confession from a glamping site owner… 🙈 Yesterday was the first time I’d actually changed a yurt over myself since JUNE! 🤣⛺️

Running a summer-heavy business while also being a mum of 4 means the school holidays are always a bit of a juggling act.

But this summer I’ve had Maddy helping me with the glamping site and, since the end of June, she’s managed ALL of the yurt changeovers herself. And I genuinely cannot tell you what a difference that has made. 🙌

Yesterday, however, Maddy had a very well-deserved day off because she had her driving test… which she PASSED! 🥳🚗👏

And then, of course, a last-minute glamping booking dropped in.

So off I scurried to get a yurt turned around and ready for our new guests. Thankfully, after several weeks away from it, I did still remember what I was doing. 🤣

It was actually quite nice to be back in a yurt again… although I’m very happy to hand the changeovers straight back to Maddy today as I mange the snack demands and mama summer holiday juggle! 😂

This summer has been a massive reminder that when you’re running a busy seasonal business alongside family life, having the right people around you is EVERYTHING.

And I’m incredibly grateful for the little team that keeps Worcester Glamping ticking along when I’m being pulled in about 47 different directions. 😂💚⛺️
