Built in the mid 1800's this, we are now being told was built for the new railway station just next door the Pen Mill Train Station. Today it is decorated to a more modern theme yet, still keeping a traditional atmosphere with newly refurbished rooms (February 2014), we spent almost £200,000 bringing them to at least a Four Star level, many people tell us they are a Five! Our dining room and bar are equally decorated (January 2014) and is also kept to the highest standards! Yours faithfully

🧹 PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER / CLEANER REQUIRED 🧹

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-focused person to join our team at Pen Mill Hotel.

✨ Approximately 20–25 hours per week
📅 Ideally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
⏰ Starting from 7.30am
🏨 Cleaning our bar, restaurant, toilets & 8 king-size guest bedrooms

The role involves working independently, as you will be the only cleaner working on your rota days. We’re therefore looking for someone who takes real pride in their work and has high standards, excellent attention to detail and a great eye for presentation.

There is some flexibility around working days and start times for the right person.

Occasional weekend work may be required to cover holidays, and the successful candidate must be available to work throughout the year, including school holidays.

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience would be an advantage, but reliability, a good work ethic and high standards are what matter most to us. ❤️
