Our properties are a range of houses and apartments all suitable for holiday lets, trips to Yorkshire. We manage accommodation from York to Scarborough, and Helmsley to Staithes. Our small friendly team have an in depth knowledge of Yorkshire and are dedicated to giving our guests the best service to make the entire experience enjoyable. The Yorkshire coast feels a little different in autumn; the beaches are quieter, the air gets that bit fresher and wrapping up for a walk along the promenade suddenly sounds like a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon.

Sitting directly opposite Bridlington South Beach, the living spaces are upstairs to make the most of those huge coastal views, stretching towards Flamborough Head in one direction and the harbour in the other.

Sleeping up to 12, there's plenty of room to bring everyone along too – friends, family, or for celebrations.

Sometimes autumn calls for a few days away.

A long coastal walk, lunch in a little pub, coffee somewhere warm and absolutely no pressure to fill every minute of the day.

Harbourside sits right beside the harbour in Staithes, with the beach on the doorstep and some brilliant stretches of the Cleveland Way nearby. The village itself has independent cafés and pubs to discover when you don't fancy venturing too far.

A private chef serving a three-course meal, cocktails before dinner, a casino night and ten guests all together under one roof, our recent guests certainly made the most of their stay.
