Built around five original Pullman-style railway carriages, The Sidings invites you to dine, stay, and relax right beside the East Coast Main Line. Founded in 1985 by a former railwayman, The Sidings was born out of a passion for trains and a love for hospitality. Some of the carriages have been converted into a cosy, character-filled restaurant, with tables overlooking the track. Others have been transformed into charming guest rooms, including a luxurious four-poster suite — perfect for a one-of-a-kind stay. We're looking for someone who's reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in. You'll be helping keep our busy kitchen running smoothly, working alongside our chefs and the rest of the team.

And for New Year’s Eve, we’re going all out with our Meze Night. Expect plenty of Greek food, music, plate smashing, a free ouzo shot and fireworks at midnight. 🥂🎆
