All departments are trained to international standards in the hospitality sector. The departments are:

sly. Over the last twenty years, one of the owners, the German Mr. Florian Wolfart has collected through an NGO – called „Friends of Ankobra“ millions of euro for social projects in the Western Region. He continues to do so:
Such funds are for hospitals, vocational training centers and intitutes, schools and scholarships, water and electricity for serveral villages and many many more...
Actual Management
For more than five years now the highly qualified German management Mr. and Mrs. Egger of Ankobra Beach Resort has had a huge impact by transforming, expanding and completly renovating the resort. Their management has brought about many positive results and achievements over the past five years. (Some of you will remember still, how run down and spoilt the place and business was in the past, 2007/2008 because of many years of mismanagment before the arrival of Mr and Mrs Egger...) Now Ankobra Beach can cope with the highest standards in the international hospitality industry and year after year has been awarded with Tripadvisor’s „Certificate of Excellence“ and is known now across borders and overseas as one of the best places to go in Ghana. Their main goals are:

2. developing the tourist business for the Western Region and Ghana
3. training and employment
4. education and knowledge
5. apprenticeships and know how in hand crafts
6. creation of new jobs and outlets
7. strengthening of the middle class

- infrastracture
In 2013 Ankobra Beach Resort developed the connecting road (2.8 km) between Brewerie and Apatain. (This road provides the local people with a short cut, cutting the diatance by 20km) Ankobra Beach had taken care of the main costs (5000 ghc) for maintaining the road to help the villages of Brewerie and Achinem. Ankobra Beach pays for weeding, clearing, tools, food and diesel for the grader (the Axim Assembly brought the grader)
- A deep water well for Brawerie wich provides fresh drinking water
The management Mr. Egger and Mrs. Egger organized and pushed this project through with great influence and engagement. Together with the German Embassy a 40 feet deep water well has been built in Brewerie 2010.
- Streetlights for Brewerie
To lead the village of Brewerie out of the dark, they sponsored the poles and lights for Brawerie.
- roofin sheets for the Brawerie palace and every year a Kundum gift
Every year they give something for the Kundum festival and send a gift to the palace. They ask the people to present their canditates for more scholarships or send their applications for community projects. Ankobra Beach is happy to help out anyone who is trying to better themselves through education or help the communuity.

Actual Plans and activities
- bamboo factory
Ankobra Beach wants to establish a bamboo factory for the region and to follow the dreams of „Nkrumah“ - the great visionary and to help build a better and independent Ghana. This project could bring thousands of jobs for the underpriviliged and more so, help to protect the people’s biggest treasure - their environment and future!
- Agrigculture
Ankobra Beach Resort is busy transforming the resort into a huge botanical park and garden to create an attractive nature tourist park and educational trail. The park will also encourage sustainablility living and the production of fresh organic food for processing.
