Under the summer sky, our table follows the rhythm of the Farm and the seasons.
This July and August, we are happy to introduce a unique dining experience and welcome chef and cookbook author Carolina Doriti to the Rooster.Drawing on her family roots in Paros and her extensive work in regional Greek cuisine, Carolina will host field-to-fork dinners at the Farm three evenings each week.Served beneath the olive trees, each seasonal menu is thoughtfully crafted as a celebration of Greek cuisine, rooted in the work of small local farmers, artisanal craftsmanship, and ingredients sourced from the island and nearby shores.
