When Antonis Eliopoulos and Kalia Konstantinidou, founders of Empiria Group, envisioned their first venture beyond Santorini, they were looking for a rhythm that felt more fluid, more social, and deeply grounded in everyday island life. They found it in Paros, and created Parīlio (Parīlio Hotel).
