🔴15 years of A for Athens.
On 16.11.2011, we opened our doors in Monastiraki with a simple vision: to give Athens a different perspective on itself.
Since then, our story has been shaped by people, culture, creativity and a passion for hospitality that never stood still.
A few milestones along the way:
2013 — Thodoris Pyrillos represents Greece at the World Class Global Final.
2015–2017 Our Time Machine cocktail concept takes us through the history of drinking, winning awards for creativity and concept.
Agapi Petropoulou and Iro Kalomoiri also take second place in the Skinos Mediterranean Cocktails Challenge.
2018–2019 Athinorama Shaker Trophies recognise our team’s creativity and place A for Athens among Greece’s leading bars.
2021 Ten years of sunsets, cocktails and unforgettable moments above Athens.
2022 Our cocktails reach international travellers through AEGEAN airport lounges.
2023–2025 Heart vs. Brain explores the balance between emotion, logic and sustainability, earning Greece’s Best Thematic Cocktail Menu award.
2026 Fifteen years above Athens. A new era begins.
