I stayed here for a week in May with my wife and had a wonderful time.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Thanos and his parents, who ran a small shop next door.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and adequately furnished.
A balcony that was spacious enough for breakfast or lunch/dinner.
The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood with quiet background music.
You could enjoy this on the balcony, and should you need peace and quiet, the room was surprisingly soundproofed. Incidentally, during my stay, there were no nightlife noises to be heard after 11:30 PM anyway.
Contact with Thanos's parents was very cordial, so if you wanted to know anything, they were a good point of contact. In summary:
We enjoyed a week at Renata Mare Studio and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We were very warmly received by Thanos and his family & could always turn to him if we had any questions or any problem. Thanos was very helpful, was always reachable within a few minutes & very warm + gave us recommendations for the area (beaches, restaurants, etc.) The accommodation itself is very nice with air conditioning and has everything you need. The location is excellent as you are in the center within 5 minutes. The beach promenade can be walked in 30 minutes and thus has the perfect selection of restaurants and bars! A very great place to stay and very nice hosts, a clear recommendation! 😊"

Nice apartment, nice beach. The place is rather small and not very busy in the low season.
Very nice host, pool free to use, everything within walking distance.

My time there was very good, the Airbnb was very comfy and organised and the beach in front of it was perfect. The host and his family were very kind with me and the restaurant Petalida was super good too.

It was great, Thanos always thought with you and you could always reach him. I will not forget that he said to us: "Do not see me as your host but as your friend, if there is something, even if it is at 3 a.m. you can always call me.""

The appartment was perfect, great location with a balcony and view of the sea. Close to nice restaurants and a quiet area. About a 10mins walk to the busier nightlife area. Was also easy to find taxis at the main street behind the appartment. The aircon worked well, and the flat had kitchenette ideal for 2 people. A small shower but worked well and we didnt mind it being small seeing you only spend 3mins of your day in it. Thanos was great at check in and check out and personally welcomed us even late on a friday night. he showed us around the neighborhood and gave reccommendations which was a nice touch.A really comfortable stay. Would stay again if we come back one day!

We needed a place to stay on our Crete trip at short notice and found Thanos' apartment. Thanos was immediately super accessible and the check-in 2 hours later just worked great. What we didn't know is that the place is close to a party mile, but it's still far enough away that you don't notice the noise and the partygoers. In front of the door you have several restaurants and a bar right next door, where you can use the pool. You can hear some music from her, but it closes at noon and then there is peace.
For good recommendations and quick response, Thanos is better than Google! We responded directly to all our questions, got links or descriptions.
All in one, our stay was relaxing and we were really comfortable with the incredibly friendly nature of Thanos and his family!

Thanos is a wonderful host and was extremely responsive throughout the booking process. He was there to greet us on arrival and also when we departed, which was pretty early in the morning! He is extremely helpful and his parents are also on hand to answer any questions or give any recommendations. Beautiful location opposite the beach and surrounded by restaurants/bars. Thank you for a lovely stay, Thanos!"
