That's a wrap on Greek Chefs Abroad, and what a way to finish. 🍷

We closed out the season at Apaggio, Nido's a la carte terrace, with chef Roussos, co-founder of OPSO and Kima in London and formerly of 2-Michelin-star Funky Gourmet in Athens. A menu of modern Greek cooking, matched course by course with w**es from Alpha Estate, plates going out as the sea turned gold behind them. We'd call it a perfect night, but that feels like an understatement.
