This Wednesday, September 30, join us at Emerald Beach for the Corfu Harvest Festival, an evening inspired by the island’s harvest season, local products and traditions.

Chef Tassos and his team will prepare a generous harvest buffet, with selected dishes cooked over open fire, from fresh fish and grilled octopus to kontosouvli, roasted vegetables and seasonal salads.

Meet local Corfiot producers and discover olive oil, honey, kumquat products, local mushrooms, Corfu b**r and more.

Then take part in hands-on experiences inspired by the harvest, from creating your own herb patch to making traditional polispori, before the evening continues with traditional Corfiot and Greek music and dancing by the sea. ✨

Corfu is green all year round, but harvest season brings a different kind of abundance. 🌿

Walk through the gardens of Angsana Corfu and you’ll see:

• Olive trees filled with fruit as the harvest season approaches
• Rosemary, mint and local herbs growing throughout the landscape
• Pomegranate trees heavy with ripening fruit
• Flowers adding bursts of colour everywhere you look

Look closely at the pomegranate trees and you may notice the fruit at the top, closest to the sun, ripening first. ☀️

Still warm, wonderfully green and full of colour. A beautiful season of abundance in Corfu. 🍂🌿
