Just to let you know that our final Sunday Roast of 2026 is now completely sold out, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better ending.

But even more than that, we have been overwhelmed by all the wonderful messages and comments you left on our closing post.

Demi and I have read them all, and some of the things you have written about DIAS, our family and our team have genuinely touched us.

Your words mean more to us than any award ever could.

So we have one small favour to ask…

If you have stayed with us, eaten with us, or simply have some good memories of your time at DIAS, and you can spare a couple of minutes, we would be incredibly grateful if you would share your experience in a review.

It makes a huge difference to a small family-run business like ours and helps future visitors discover what so many of you already know about DIAS.

There is absolutely no obligation. Your support, your visits and the friendships we have made over the years already mean more to us than we can say.

But if you do have a moment to leave a few words, Demi, myself and all of the DIAS team would be very grateful.

And to everyone joining us tomorrow for our final Sunday Roast…

We’ll make sure it’s a good one. ❤️

One Last Sunday at DIAS…

It’s always a strange feeling when we reach this point of the season.

After months of busy nights, full tables, familiar faces, new friendships, laughter and a lot of hard work, this Sunday will be our final night in the DIAS restaurant for the 2026 season.

For Demi and me, DIAS has never just been about serving food or running a hotel. It’s about the people who walk through our doors.

Some of you we met for the first time this year. Others have been coming back to us for so many years that seeing you arrive feels more like welcoming friends and family home.

Every full table, every kind word, every review, every recommendation and every person who chose to spend an evening with us has meant something.

So from both of us, and from everyone at DIAS, thank you for another incredible restaurant season.

But don’t say goodbye just yet!

Although our restaurant closes after Sunday night, DIAS is still open until 10th October, when we say goodbye to our final hotel guests of 2026.

From 8:00 every morning, our breakfast and snack menu will continue as normal, and our bar and hotel will remain open every day until the 10th.

So come and join us this Sunday for one last Roast Beef and one last restaurant night — or simply come and see us for breakfast, a snack, a coffee or a drink before we finally close the doors on another season.

The restaurant may be finishing on Sunday, but we still have a little more time together.

Thank you, genuinely, for being part of DIAS.
