✅ 4. REAL PROPERTIES & ACCURATE INFORMATION
Only advertise properties you own or are authorized to manage or promote.
Fake listings, misleading photos, false information or suspicious activity will result in removal from the community.
🤝 5. RESPECT THE COMMUNITY
Please communicate respectfully with owners, travelers and other members.
Offensive, discriminatory, aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be accepted.
💳 6. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Haemus Villas currently provides a space where travelers and independent accommodation providers can connect.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Haemus Villas does not participate in the booking agreement and does not collect payments on behalf of property owners.
Travelers and property owners are responsible for confirming property details, prices, availability, payment terms and cancellation conditions directly with each other.
Never publish sensitive personal, banking or financial information publicly.
🇬🇷 7. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
Accommodation providers are responsible for complying with all applicable requirements and legislation concerning the operation and advertising of their property in Greece.
🛡️ 8. MODERATION
Haemus Villas reserves the right to remove posts, comments or members that violate these rules or that appear misleading, fraudulent, unsafe or unrelated to the purpose of the community.
Our goal is to build a trusted meeting point between Northern Greece and the Balkans. 🇬🇷🌊
