Maria Apartments Pefkos

Friday evening 16th October and the most fabulous sunset ever over Maria Apartments Pefkos and south Rhodes. Probably a forewarning of the rain we had this morning. This photo was taken by our lovely guests. Thank you Kath and friends, enjoy the rest of your stay and we look forward to next year .
The end of the summer season 2026 is almost upon us.,,

Here comes the rain again, falling on my head like a sweet emotion... Happy days in Pefkos, October 17th...

This watch was found in the grounds of Apartments Pefkos last night by one of our guests. After asking all of our own guests we can't find the owner.
Maybe it belongs to someone who was leaving some cat food on the wall?
It's in the reception office for collection.
Reception open until 1 pm today , closed tomorrow (Sunday) and open again from 9am Monday morning.

Thank you to our lovely guest for the cake to have with our coffees this morning. It's a grey wet day so need something to brighten the day for us.

Whilst we might not like the rain so much whilst it's summer holiday season, our Yucca trees loved it and showed their appreciation with flowers on every tree.
Just one month left of this summer 2026 , if you want to be like Alan and feel rejuvenated before the winter months then book yourself a break before the end of October.

It's been almost 5 months since we have had any rain here in Pefkos. Today was the day.
It's stopped now and we wait for the sunshine to dry it all up.
** edit** it didn't stop, that was wishful thinking by me. Raining harder than ever. At least everything will be clean and fresh when it does finally stop!
Happy Thursday everyone!
