Over 270 years ago, this eucalyptus — the oldest on the island — was already standing. Decades later, a young couple named Spiros and Anastasia had their first dates beneath its branches. In 1992, they built Castelli around it.

Today, it's our Love Tree. A place where our guests leave their wishes, share their stories, and feel the quiet magic of a love that built something lasting.
